Labor Organizer, Michigan Nurses Association

A unique opportunity for an individual who possesses strong communication skills and an interest in labor organizing. The qualified candidate will be responsible for organizing registered nurses and assisting existing bargaining units with internal organizing. A significant part of the job will be developing member leaders to be involved in action teams and other membership activities. Leadership and motivational skills are critical and a knowledge of union organizing and practice skills. Bachelors degree required and experience preferred. Excellent salary and benefits commensurate with experience. Significant in-state travel involved.
